Who are we?

Alan L. Ulch, Inc. is an established construction firm located within Polk County with a reputation for quality construction. Our firm was established and incorporated September 1, 1971 and has been providing general contracting services in Central Florida for over 38 years. We are considered a small firm with the ability to do large projects as can be seen from our past work. Our construction experience includes commercial, industrial and residential projects as well as new construction, remodel work and renovation and rehabilitation work. Our company continues to upgrade established practices and utilizes current technological advances. Cost and quality control are priority with all our projects.

Our team of highly qualified personnel show genuine interest in all projects and have earned us a reputation for maintaining consistent quality craftsmanship and superior expertise. Alan L. Ulch, Inc. is committed to efficient communication with both the Owner and the Architect and providing effective construction management while meeting the project budget and schedule.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is simple, there may be several owners of a building through the years; however, Alan L. Ulch, Inc. will always be the builder of that building. While some firms focus on high sales volume and their bottom line we focus on communication, craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We also take great pride in servicing all our customers long after the projects have been completed.
